You can prepaid the cost of the first tank at the same price as the service station; in this case you should return the car as empty as possible. If you don`t prepaid at the beginning you should return it full on contrary we will charge an extra amount.

When should I pay, during the reservation, in the moment I am renting the car or at the end?

The payment will be at the end of the rental when you return the vehicle.

If I want to return the car at the hotel, do I pay an extra charge?

The drop off amount depends on the place you want to return the vehicle. The Metropolitan area there is no charge.

You should notify the company and the corresponding authorities.
