Tamarindo Beach is known for its clear water
and gentle waves, as well as its golden-sand beach, sea bluffs,
hills and overall natural beauty.
You can surf year-round in Tamarindo, with
the best season being from March to November. All types of
waves can be found here; the best are located at the river
mouth and on the southern end of the beach.
